Does Love Your Teeth® hurt? Will it make my teeth sensitive?

Love Your Teeth® is very gentle on your teeth and gums and causes zero to absolutely minimal sensitivity. In our clinical testing none of the subjects experienced prolonged sensitivity or irritation.  

How long do I have to keep the solution on my teeth? 

After you have applied the Love Your Teeth® whitening solution on your teeth, which takes about 2 minutes, you insert the Smile Light™ for 10 minutes.

How long will it take to see results?

Love Your Teeth® is clinically tested to whiten your teeth 4 shades after only 3 days, and 7 shades in 7 days. 

Do I have to wait to eat or drink after using Love Your Teeth®

We recommend waiting 30 minutes after each application before eating or drinking. 

Is the solution used in Love Your Teeth® safe? What if I swallow the solution? 

There are no known risks for swallowing the amount of solution contained in one Love Your Teeth® swab. In the event of an emergency, seek immediate medical help or contact a local poison control center right away. 

Does Love Your Teeth® have any negative effects on teeth, gums or enamel?

Love Your Teeth® whitening solution is designed to be safe for use on natural teeth, artificial dental surfaces, and the gums. There are no known negative effects on the gums or tooth enamel. 

Can I use Love Your Teeth® if I’m pregnant? 

If you are pregnant or nursing we strongly recommend consulting with a medical professional before starting Love Your Teeth® or any other teeth whitening program. 

Can children use Love Your Teeth®?

Even though Love Your Teeth® is designed to be very safe, we recommend that children under 16 years of age do not use this teeth whitening system without consulting a medical and/or dental professional first. 

Can I whiten my teeth if I have dental work such as fillings, caps, crowns, or veneers? 

Yes! Love Your Teeth® can be used on natural teeth as well as artificial surfaces.

How does the Love Your Teeth® Smile Light™ work? 

The Smile Light™ uses the same type of light technology used by dentists. It harnesses the power of LED light to safely penetrate the surface enamel and help activate the Love Your Teeth® whitening solution.

Does the Smile Light™ need to be charged?

No, the Smile Light™ comes with built-in batteries that last the full number of treatments and more. When fully drained the batteries are easily replaced by removing the back cover.

Will the Smile Light™ turn off automatically after each application?

No. Simply tap the power button to turn off the light after each use. 

How do I clean the Smile Light™?

Rinse the mouthpiece thoroughly with warm water after each use, being careful not to get the base unit wet. Once dry simply place it in the storage pouch between applications. 

How often will I need to repeat the Love Your Teeth® whitening treatment?

The results with teeth whitening products like Love Your Teeth® typically last up to 6 months, depending on your lifestyle and the foods you eat and drink on a daily basis. 

Is it safe to continue using Love Your Teeth® immediately following the initial 7-day treatment? 

Yes, there are no known side effects from continued use of our whitening treatments after the first 7 days.

What are the main ingredients in Love Your Teeth®

Love Your Teeth® uses our trademarked Aloe White® Total Comfort Technology, which combines the teeth whitening power of Hydrogen Peroxide, the soothing properties of Aloe Vera, and other proprietary ingredients to provide a quick, powerful solution that whitens teeth without messy strips or gels and causes minimal to no sensitivity.

What can I do if I am experiencing any sensitivity or irritation of my teeth, lips, or gums?

If you are experiencing any mild sensitivity or irritation, there are a few easy things you can try to help minimize your discomfort:

    • Make sure you are using just enough solution to cover your teeth. It’s ok if you don’t use all the solution in each applicator. Using too much can cause solution to drip onto your gums and that can cause irritation for some people.
    • Reduce your applications to once a day and continue using Love Your Teeth® for up to 14 days
    • Rotate your applications one day on and one day off

    • Skip brushing your teeth immediately before each Love Your Teeth® application. Try brushing them about an hour before application, or wait for 30 minutes after each application to brush.
    • If you have tingling on your lips, make sure you use some type of lip balm prior to applying Love Your Teeth®

If you are experiencing anything more than mild sensitivity or irritation, stop use and consult a healthcare professional before continuing. Remember, this is whitening your teeth using Hydrogen Peroxide combined with other ingredients to make whitening comfortable, but if it’s too uncomfortable, you can always return Love Your Teeth® within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

What can I do if I am experiencing any tingling or sensitivity on my lips?

If you have tingling or sensitivity on your lips, try applying lip balm before each Love Your Teeth® application.

What is the status of my order?

Once you successfully place a fully paid order on our website, we take 1-2 business days to process your order with our shipping company. We select the shipping carrier according to the shipping method and destination address specified at the time of order. We do not process nor ship orders on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and major US-based holidays. We will process your order on the following business days. We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is typically sent after the first carrier scan. The email may include a tracking number if provided by the carrier. Typically, orders placed before 12 PM eastern time ship the same business day. 

Can I change my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept mobile payments from Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Currently can accept international credit cards but we can only ship to an address within the United States and its territories and Canada. Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. On the checkout page, there will be a billing and shipping section.

Where do you ship?

We ship orders only within the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam) and Canada using our Standard Shipping method. Please contact Customer Service for all other international orders. Customers are responsible for any tariffs, duties, taxes, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

Do you allow Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders?

Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders. Expedited shipping is available for shipments to the contiguous United States only. There may be delays caused by either COVID-19 (current world pandemic) and other Natural Disasters. We do our best to work with our shipping partners to inform our customers of any delays whenever possible.

Do you ship internationally (outside the USA)?

At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We typically take 1-2 business days to process your order. Your order ships using the shipping option you selected during the checkout process.  

Standard Shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days

What can cause my order to be delayed?

If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. 

We all love sending gifts to others and ourselves as much as we love receiving them. However, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?

We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now? is very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly.

Do you accept returns?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Love Your Teeth® you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You must return all merchandise (opened and unopened ampules) within 30 days of receipt.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

At this moment, we do not offer exchanges.

How long does it take to process a return and when will I get my refund?

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
